EDUCATION
Our staff maintains the highest training in the industry and continuing education is part of our requirements for employment. Every employee has currently completed a comprehensive course given by the State University of New York Maritime College on Marine Cargo loss surveying. In addition, all employees have taken certifying courses on Shipping Container Inspections and Repair, given by the Institute of International Container Lessors.
Mr. Lenny Girlando and Mr. Edward Thomas are the principal surveyors and adjusters of All Cargo Surveying Specialist. They have extensive hands-on experience in producing accurate appraisals and recommended recovery amounts. Both have performed numerous damage and safety surveys for most of the P & I Clubs and freight forwarders in the industry.
Both Mr. Girlando and Mr. Thomas have developed a large network of qualified technicians and forensic engineers-state wide, who assist in identifying deficiencies and dangerous conditions quickly. WE SEE WHAT OTHER SURVEYS MISS.
